Delivery Times
 Standard delivery times for Australian Capital Cities will be within 5 business days. Remote locations may be longer.
Should you require urgent delivery, we may be able to dispatch earlier. Additional fees may apply. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@educatingkids.com.au or 1300 099 799

Freight & Handling Charges
 Freight Charges will appear at check out based on your post code and the weight & size of the product. In the event orders include heavy or large items, additional freight charges may apply. Additional freight charges may also apply to certain remote locations. You will be contacted prior to dispatch if additional freight charges apply.

Freight inclusive pricing is available.  Contact us on 1300 099 799 to obtain a quotation.

Refunds and Returns
Returns of unwanted goods can be made on the following conditions:

  • Made within 14 days
  • Item must be in the original packaging and be in original condition
  • A 10% restocking fee applies
  • Delivery fees will be at the cost of the purchaser
  • Credits only will be issued for returns.
  • Customer Service must be contacted at at customerservice@educatingkids.com.au or 1300 099 799 to co-ordinate the return
In the event of damaged goods, a photo of the damage must be taken and emailed to customerservice@educatingkids.com.au.  Once approved, a replacement product will be supplied at no cost to the customer.


Invoices

Please ensure the invoice is checked off against items received. Claims must be made within 5 business days of receipting goods.

 


Ordering Options


Ordering Online
 We recommend ordering online as the easiest option of ordering. Simply add products to your Shopping cart, Wish List or My Products.

Shopping Cart enables you to purchase immediately.

Wish List is a great function that allows you add items you like to a list for future reference.

My Products is very useful if you purchase the same items regularly. All your favourite products will be on the one list which means you don’t need to search for them again. This is great for your consumables such as nappies, gloves, cleaning products, paints, toilet paper, etc.

Fax or Mail Your Order
 Complete the Educating Kids order form and fax it to 03 8610 1214 or send it to 9-11 Western Avenue, Tullamarine, Victoria 3043. Download the order form here.

Phone your order
 Call us on 1300 099 799 to place your order over the phone.

Email your order Email your order to customerservice@educatingkids.com.au.

 


Prices

All prices quote on this website are GST Exclusive. 10% GST will be charged on checkout.

Payment
For account holders with a credit account, payment is required within 14 days.

To apply for a credit account, a credit application form must be completed - Educating Kids Credit Application.pdf.

Educating Kids also accept Visa and Mastercard.

Back Orders
 Any items out of stock will be placed automatically on back order and will be dispatched once in stock. Items on back order will be noted on your delivery documentation. If you do not want items to be on back order, you must contact us to advise. Delivery charges will be split between your original order and back order/s.

MSDS’s (Material Safety Data Sheets)
MSDS’s can generally be downloaded from the product description online. If you are unable to obtain and MSDS, please contact us at customerservice@educatingkids.com.au or 1300 099 799.

Product Supply
 Variations may occur to products advertised on this website. Educating Kids reserves the right to supply a similar product.

Other Terms & Conditions for all Products (goods & services) advertised and/or supplied

    1. Educating Kids reserves the right to accept any order in part or full for any order made.
    2. Orders are not binding until Educating Kids first accepts the order. Once an order is accepted, the Customer is entering into a contract with Educating Kids.
    3. Orders cannot be changed or altered once accepted by Educating Kids.
    4. In the event Educating Kids delivers a part order, items on back order become a separate contract.
    5. Unless a credit account is approved, orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch. 
    6. Educating Kids provides no warranty in relation to products and services provided to the Customer. 
    7. Ownership of the Products remain the property of Educating Kids
    8. Educating Kids shall not be under any liability to the Customer in respect of any loss or damage (including consequential or indirect loss or damage or loss of profits, loss of use or loss of data) however caused, which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of the Products, any services supplied by Educating Kids or the failure of Educating Kids to comply with these terms and conditions.

Educating Kids Correspondence
 A first time purchaser of Educating Kids implies acceptance to receive Educating Kids correspondence and is therefore automatically added to the distribution list. For future purchases your details will be remembered to facilitate an easy checkout process.
Statistical Analysis
 We reserve the right to perform statistical analysis of user behaviour and characteristics in order to parties, but individual details will never be included.
